Meet the Team

  • Chief Executive Officer

    Serves as the CEO of Barrett Financial Group, a nationwide mortgage brokerage. He started the company 22 years ago and now currently employs 1,500+ individuals. Since it’s inception, Barrett Financial Group has executed over $50B in loan volume and is currently one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the country with $125M+ of revenue in each of the past four years.

    Trevor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University.

  • Chief Operations Officer

    Oversees operations and support staff as the Executive Vice President at Barrett Financial Group. Efforts have optimized workflow for over 1,500 employees which has led to increased efficiency. Has managed the processing, underwriting, and funding of more than $5B in correspondent loans funded by Barrett Financial Group.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Began career at Deloitte where he worked in M&A and drove financial due diligence on $1B+ deals. Since leaving Deloitte, he has worked as a VP of Growth at Barrett Financial Group and oversees finance/accounting operations as well as tracking cash flow and financial performance. During 2023, efforts helped lead to an EBITDA increase of 22%.

    Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Accounting.

  • Chief Investment Officer

    Works as a VP of Growth at Barrett Financial Group. Plays a pivotal role in overseeing Loan Originator recruitment efforts that resulted in the onboarding of over 1,000 highly skilled Loan Officers. Expanded the company’s footprint to a national scale which ultimately led to $4B of loan volume in 2023. Spearheads strategic planning that has led to years of success at Barrett Financial Group.

    Brayden holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
