Barrett Capital Group is the Manager of Barrett Income Fund. It originates, underwrites, and oversees servicing of the loans. Barrett Income Fund is the investment vehicle that provides the capital.

Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. Licensed in 49 states. We actively lend in Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Nevada, and consider transactions in other licensed states case by case.

Trevor Barrett
Chief Executive Officer
Trevor leads Barrett Financial Group, the national mortgage brokerage he founded in 2001. Under his leadership the company has grown to 3,000+ employees, $50B+ in executed loan volume, and $125M+ in annual revenue for each of the past four years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
Sterling Barrett
Chief Operating Officer
Sterling oversees operations and support staff. He has directly managed the processing, underwriting, and funding of $5B+ in correspondent loans, building the operational infrastructure that Barrett Capital relies on for fast, reliable execution.
Zach Barrett
Chief Financial Officer
A former Deloitte analyst specializing in M&A and financial due diligence on $1B+ transactions, Zach brings institutional rigor to Barrett Capital's financial operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Brayden Farr
Chief Investment Officer
Brayden leads investor relations and capital strategy for Barrett Capital Group. As Chief Growth Officer at Barrett Financial Group he led national recruiting and expansion. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
