Barrett Capital Group LLC (“Barrett Capital,” “we,” “us”) operates barrettcapitalgroup.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information from visitors, borrowers, brokers, and prospective investors.

Information we collect

When you submit a form we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, and the deal or investment details you enter. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This site is intended for real-estate professionals and accredited investors.

How we use it

• To respond to loan applications, broker submissions, and investor inquiries
• To send confirmation emails and follow-up about your request
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To comply with law, including accreditation and lending requirements

How we store and share it

Form submissions are stored in Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB) and emailed to the Barrett Capital team responsible for that request. Loan applications may be sent to our internal origination system. We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers who process it on our instructions (hosting, email, fund administration, loan servicing), and when required by law.

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies required to operate pages and forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
